1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern your use of seebecksfitness.com and any fitness coaching services provided by Lasse Seebeck ("we", "us", "our"), located at Talweg 33, 13591 Berlin, Germany. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Seebeck's Fitness offers personal training, group fitness sessions, online coaching, and corporate wellness programs. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through the website or by contacting us directly

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

• Prices are listed on the website and may be updated at any time

• All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session will receive a full refund or reschedule

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for a refund

• No-shows will be charged in full

• Seebeck's Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, with full refund or reschedule offered to the client

5. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in training sessions

• It is your responsibility to inform Lasse Seebeck of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations prior to training

• Seebeck's Fitness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in sessions where relevant health information was not disclosed

6. Online Coaching

• Online programs and coaching plans are delivered digitally

• Results may vary and are not guaranteed

• Refunds for digital programs are not available once the program has been accessed

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website including text, images, logos, and program materials are the property of Seebeck's Fitness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seebeck's Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
